Miley Cyrus and Wayne Coyne records album together

Miley Cyrus and Wayne Coyne just could not get enough of each other. The US pop artist and Coyne have already collaborated on two singles for Flaming Lips’ Beatles covers album named With a Little Help From My Fwends, and Miley appeared in the video clip of the Lips’, Blonde SuperFreak Steals the Magic Brain. Now Wayne told that Miey and the Oklahoma psychdelicists have worked on a 7-track album that is all set to release.

Recently, while speaking to Billboard, Wayne told that Miley does the pop thing more than great, but it still appears as pop, but a bit sadder, wiser, more true version. Some of it reminds him of Pink Floyd and Portishead.

The recordings were break open between the studio of the Lips in Oklahoma City and Miley’s LA home. He added that her studio is just a little room with a desk and she was sitting there mixing. He was like he just could not think of Beyoncé doing this!’ It is not a putdown of Beyoncé. He just does not see her recording her own vocals and EQ’ing it after that. Well it was very much punk rock.

The bonding between Miley Cyrus and Wayne Coyne goes beyond music. The duo has matching tattoos. Speaking about that last month, Wayne said that when he was growing up, the only people that you saw with tattoos were prisoners, or the Manson girls. But now it is another experience you can have with each other.
